Thammasat University Announcement
Subject: Rates of Minimum and Maximum Pay for the University Staff Salary Scale, B.E. 2567
Whereas it is deemed appropriate to amend and supplement the rates of minimum and maximum pay for the University staff salary scale so as to ensure accuracy and completeness;
By virtue of Section 39 of the Thammasat University Act B.E. 2558 and Clause 27 of the Thammasat University Personnel Management Regulations for Staff B.E. 2559, the President, on the proposal of the Personnel Management Committee at its meeting No. 1/2567 held on 6 March 2024, hereby issues the following announcement:
Clause 1. This announcement shall be called the “Thammasat University Announcement on the Rates of Minimum and Maximum Pay for the University Staff Salary Scale, B.E. 2567”.
Clause 2. This announcement shall come into force as from the day after its promulgation.
Clause 3. The previous announcement of Thammasat University on the Rates of Minimum and Maximum Pay for the University Staff Salary Scale, B.E. 2563, as amended to date (B.E. 2564), is hereby repealed.
Clause 4. The schedule of rates of minimum and maximum pay for university staff shall be as attached to this announcement.
In the event that the rates of minimum and maximum pay of civil service staff in higher education institutions are adjusted, the President has the power to adjust the schedule of the minimum and maximum pay accordingly, taking into account the annual state budget allocated to the University, and report this to the Personnel Management Committee.
